We can live well with unique sensory experiences

Voices & Visions support groups are open to anyone with lived experience of hearing voices, seeing visions, or other unique sensory experiences, as well as their supporters. There are both virtual and in-person options, depending on what works best for you. For in-person options, click here.

Virtual Groups

We use Zoom to host our virtual meetings – you can join in with or without your video on, or by telephone. Our groups are held on different days of the week and at different times, so hopefully something will fit your schedule! Click here to view a calendar of upcoming meetings. We do not meet on statutory holidays.

  • Thursday morning group – 1st Thursday of the month, 11:00 am-12:00 pm (PST)
  • Friday Group – 1st Friday of the month 2:30-3:30 pm (PST)
  • Saturday group – 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, 2:30-3:30 pm (PST)

Communitas Hearing Voices Group

Formerly held in-person in Chilliwack, this virtual group is now open to anyone in BC. People in the Fraser Valley (Burnaby to Hope) area are particularly encouraged to attend! The group meets every Monday at 6 pm on Zoom.
