BASED ON THE INTERNATIONAL HEARING VOICES NETWORK
We can live well with unique sensory experiences
Voices & Visions support groups are open to anyone with lived experience of hearing voices, seeing visions, or other unique sensory experiences, as well as their supporters. There are both virtual and in-person options, depending on what works best for you. For virtual options, click here.
In-Person Groups
In-person support groups are back at the Three Bridges Community Health Centre and the South Mental Health Team! These groups are drop-in and you do not need a referral or to be a client of the mental health team. For the most up-to-date information about in-person Voices & Visions groups, check here or contact Celina: 604-708-5274 or VanVoicesAndVisions@vch.ca. We do not meet on statutory holidays.
South Mental Health Team Group
- Time: 2nd Monday of each month, 2:00 pm-3:00 pm
- Location: South Mental Health and Substance Use Team

- Time: 3rd Friday of every month, 2:30-3:30 pm
- Location: Three Bridges Community Health Centre

Raven Song Group
- Time: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, 1:30-2:30 pm
- Location: Raven Song Community Health Centre, 3rd Floor

Foundry Hearing Voices Group (Youth Only)
This group is for youth (age 24 and under) living with the experience of hearing voices. Meet a peer who hears voices and a supportive co- facilitator and know that you are not alone. Explore different ways of understanding the voice hearing experience. Explore the meaning voices have for you. This a drop-in group, no referral necessary. Snacks provided!
Note: This group is for youth only.
When: Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, 3:30-4:30 pm
Where: Covenant House Vancouver, 1302 Seymour Street (2nd floor)

Private Groups
Hearing voices support groups are currently hosted at Willow Pavilion. If you are a client of Willow Pavilion, you can attend these groups. If you’re interested in attending, please speak to a staff member for more information.
