BASED ON THE INTERNATIONAL HEARING VOICES NETWORK

We can live well with unique sensory experiences

Voices & Visions support groups are open to anyone with lived experience of hearing voices, seeing visions, or other unique sensory experiences, as well as their supporters. There are both virtual and in-person options, depending on what works best for you.

To attend an in-person group, you are encouraged to register on the Spotlight on Mental Health Website. Click here to register for an in-person group. You can register using a pseudonym (made up name), but you will need a valid email address to fill out the form. Your information will be kept confidential and used to contact you in case of cancellation and improve the groups we offer. You can also read the Privacy Policy here. There are no meetings held on statutory holidays.

Registration is a way for you to keep up to date on group cancellations/updates and provide feedback, but you can still attend a group without registering. If you have any questions or concerns about registration, please contact the VCH Peer Led Workshops Coordinator at: 604-708-5274 or info@spotlightonmentalhealth.com.
