Virtual support groups are hosted in different locations around BC by multiple organizations. However, they are open to anyone.

We can live well with unique sensory experiences
Voices & Visions support groups are open to anyone with lived experience of hearing voices, seeing visions, or other unique sensory experiences, as well as their supporters. There are both virtual and in-person options, depending on what works best for you. For in-person options, click here.
Virtual Groups
We use Zoom to host our virtual meetings – you can join in with or without your video on, or by telephone. Our groups are held on different days of the week and at different times, so hopefully something will fit your schedule! We do not meet on statutory holidays.
- Friday Group – 1st Friday of the month 2:30-3:30 pm (PST)
- Saturday group – 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, 2:30-3:30 pm (PST)
To attend a virtual group, you will need to register to receive the Zoom link following the instructions on the Spotlight on Mental Health Website. Click here to register for a virtual group. You can register using a pseudonym (made up name), but you will need to use a valid email address to receive the link. Registering does not mean you have to attend the group, or any other programs. If you have any questions or concerns about registration, please contact the VCH Peer Led Workshops program at: 604-708-5274 or info@spotlightonmentalhealth.com. For more information about using Zoom, click here.

You will need to sign up to receive the Zoom link.
